Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a returns and exchanges policy to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible.

Jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event where the jewellery is received damaged, it will be replaced with the same.

BAGS - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@wabyasby.in with your order number, reason for return or exchange and a picture of the product that has been received. We accept returns of products within 3 days of their delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy guidelines. If the product passes the quality check, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping fee of both sides.

Please note that for a product to be eligible for a return, it must have all original tags intact and be returned in its original packaging. The refund is done only via store credit.

 

We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered in any way. If a returned product is found to be defective or damaged, we will not be able to process the return and the product will be sent back to the customer. We recommend taking extra care when packaging and shipping the product back to us to ensure it arrives in its original condition.

Products purchased with gift cards, coupon codes, against any other available discounts and items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
